Cristina is a Market and Competitive Intelligence Manager at Microsoft Latin America. She has been working at Microsoft for the last four years, and focuses on landing insights and data models to leadership and strategy teams.

Cristina is responsible for monitoring and analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities across the cloud and software businesses in Latin America. She works closely with data scientists and researchers to gather and analyze market data, and with the go-to-market teams to develop and implement strategies.

Cristina received her Bachelor's degree in Economics with a minor in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Tufts University.

The future of competitive intelligence: Trends and predictions

Ben is a solutions and service-oriented professional with deep experience in competitive intelligence, account management, market research, customer success, product marketing, program management, strategy, sales enablement, and cross-functional project management.

His experience has centered around the enterprise software industry. In this sphere, he has worked on the agency side (IDC, C Space) as a trusted advisor to key clients (Hearst Media, The Atlanta Falcons, Tennis.com, Teleflora, LendingTree).

He's also worked on the vendor side (Pegasystems, UiPath, Datto, and now Adobe), where Ben consulted internal teams on competitive and market intelligence, sales enablement, and positioning and messaging.

Enabling more effective sales through competitive intelligence

Jay Nakagawa has been the Director of Competitive Intelligence for Dell Technologies for over 10 years and has developed successful competitive strategies for over 25 years as a product manager. Jay is an keynote speaker at industry and analyst events around the globe. Having held positions in sales, business development, marketing, and product management, domestically and abroad, he is well versed in insights across multi-disciplinary functions. Jay has worked for enterprise companies, high-growth, and startups in his career and is the former Chairman of the Strategic and Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP) association and is a faculty member of the Academy of Competitive Intelligence (ACI). Jay holds a B.S. in Information Systems from the University of Colorado Boulder and a M.B.A. in International Business from Regis University.
